Regular Appointments must be kept within a 4 week (monthly) period to be eligible for the regular client discount of $5.

You are
able book your dog/s in with us on a scheduled regular basis to ensure they
are maintained & looked after continuously throughout the year. Your next
appointment is booked for you, taking away the need to ring each time for an
appointment. Booking in advance gives you an allocated day & time to drop
off & pick up your dog/s at the salon or an allocated day & time for
one of our Mobile Grooming Units to turn up at your home or work. This means
you can plan your day, get the day & time you prefer.
As an added incentive, if you book your dog/s to be washed or clipped by us
on a weekly, fortnightly, three weekly or monthly basis you will receive $5
off per dog.
This discount does not apply for the DIY service at our salon.
If a booked regular appointment is missed or postponed & a clients dog is not groomed by us within at least a 4 week period of last being groomed, the grooming price will revert back to the standard grooming price, not the reduced price. If a dog is regularly groomed it can make the next visit easier for the groomer, as the condition of the dog is maintained, so if the dog has not been groomed within 4 weeks they are in worse condition & not maintained, so naturally more time & work is required, hence the price will be the standard price.
If a client fails to adhere to these requirements by not keeping their dogs appointments with the 4 week period, they will be charged the standard price, but they are eligible to go back onto the regular client pricing plan, providing future appointments are kept within a minimum of a 4 week period & there are vacancies still available in our regular client programme, as normally when a regular client vacancy becomes available it is filled quickly.
