Upon receipt of your blades/scissors, we will contact you & you can either pay via credit card, direct deposit or enclose a cheque or money order for payment.
Any future servicing, we will have your details on hand, thus streamlining the entire process for you.
Upon request we can also mail you care sheets free of charge when returning your blades/scissors.
These care sheets include: clipper blade advise, clipper blade care, clipper machine advise, scissor advise & scissor care.

Blade sharpening is a skill, it takes a huge amount of practice and experience to
accurately sharpen a wide range of different clipper blades and scissors.
We use professional methods, state of the art equipment, knowledge and experience.
Because of our machines, we can often rectify mistakes made by other sharpening companies.
An inexperienced sharpener or one without the correct equipment could
destroy your clipper blades/scissors.
Losing the use of your clipper blades/scissors for any length of time is inconvenient,
therefore we will return your blades to you within 2 working days (from the date of receipt).
CLIPPER BLADE INFORMATION
We sharpen clipper blades for the dog grooming and veterinary industries.
We provide a full clipper blade service where we sharpen and
reset your blades to factory specifications
Clipper blades are reassembled to precise set back dimensions, alignment and
tolerances of tension.
Our machinery is specially designed for sharpening clipper blades and all methods
create a micro-serrated finish giving clipper blades an excellent cutting edge.
Dog, cat and some horse clipper blades are sharpened on plates which are specially tapered for precision hollow grinding.
Most small animal clipper blades are originally hollow ground; this means that both the top and bottom blades have a concave arch to them, which enables the teeth to cut.
Using incorrect machines or people who don't know what they are doing can destroy blades and/or take off too much metal, thus shortening the life of your blade dramatically
Our machines are automatic, so they give a prefect super sharp edge every time!
SCISSOR INFORMATION
Scissors are sharpened on advanced high precision equipment.
We sharpen all bevel edge scissors including thinning scissors and left handed scissors.
Our sharpening expertise will optimise the performance of your scissors.
Your scissors will have their sharp bevel edges again.
